One of first clients in San Francisco, a Wallstreet Journal published statistician who's business focused on sports, purchased his first home which would reflect all of his hard work and new swinging life style.  Only the best furniture, fabrics, finishes, and lighting were used to create the classic and high-end bachelor pad where endless entertaining would ensue.

Custom furniture was designed by the ARJ Design in house furniture collection "The Roi Collection", built by the best american craftsman for every ergonomic need and desire.  These custom exotic wood pieces were peppered through out the three floor residence in grace and grandeur.  Custom Italian lighting, hand made tiles, silk and mohair materials from the best european mills were imported and applied meticulously to the home.

To increase square footage, entertainment space, and the view into the San Francisco skyline, a outdoor deck with full kitchen was erected. A Viking Grill was installed, and countertops were wrapped in eucalyptus colored glass tile from Waterworks to reflect the greenery of the surroundings.  Architect Sven Levine AIA established the design of the deck which required extensive structural support and code compliance.

Peppered around the residence, Eric Zener and Ada Sadler fine art hangs on the walls highlighting mid century modern motifs and California dreaming.
